We produce custom designed and printed, hard copy price books that help promote mid & high seer equipment options along with an easy process to sell accessories. Our system includes a quote pad and sales process to help reduce the time it takes to calculate retail prices and process quotes at the kitchen table (or in your truck) and gives you a formal, professional quote to leave with the homeowner.
Our book is customizable with any brand, financing terms, and of course, your retail prices.

It’s a one time design cost with no monthly fees!! If you are a residential HVAC contractor that quotes multiple jobs a week, our process will pay for itself in just a few short weeks!
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Company Pages
7-10 pages which highlight you, your company, and your team by illustrating Who, What, & How you are different from all the "other companies". Pages include your insurance certificate, contractors license, warranty page, guarantee page, and more.
System Pages
These 21 pages are your main system price sheets. Each page shows 4-column prices for each size (1.5 - 5 ton) and for each system type (Gas, Electric, & HP).
Accessories Pages
These 21 pages are on a separate page above each System Page and include up to (9) accessory options. Accessories include, UV light, media filter, start kit, air purifier, dehumidifier, WiFi control, plus many other options.
Quote Pad
This is where it all comes together! Each book comes with a customized 50-page Quote Pad. The quote page is pre-filled out with everything but the system prices, giving you a quick and simple process to leave the customer a professional estimate.

PRICING & CO-OP
Pricing Options
Most Manufacturers will pay 50% via Co-op!
- We charge a one time fee of $1,999 to design, print, & build your books. Our process is a turnkey solution to your retail pricing needs. Your catalogs are delivered ready to use.
- Includes (2) complete printed books and digital PDF copy.
- Additional books are $50/each: for large book quantities or distributor pricing, contact us for a custom quote.
- Reduced price option: If you are interested in a partial version of our price book or process, call or email for specifics.
Annual Updates
Our annual charge of $399 covers your yearly manufactures' price increases and system reconfigurations. If your manufacturer has a mid-season (April -September) price increase, we will revise and email updated price pages at no charge.

As a Retail Price Book customer, you will be part of a private nationwide dealer network that collaborates and shares best practices on industry experiences.
We work closely with other nationwide companies/services and can help with the on-boarding processes or can simply answer questions you may have regarding Google Local Services (Google Guaranteed), Podium, JB Warranties, Mediagistics, Service Titian, ESC/Desco/FieldEdge, etc.
